Click the Let's Play button.
Initially you will have 20 seconds. The time will then be added depending on how fast you find the same item in the scavenger hunt. The faster you find an item, the more time you have.
You will have to click on Next Emoji to move to the next item.

You should keep the sound when playing to hear the prompt. However, you can also turn them off, because when the camera turns to the specified image, the prompt will still be issued.
