No one can live up to everyone, just if you can just go on and don't care about what people think for light. But doing that is not easy either!

We humans are not 100% perfect and no one can live up to everyone. So if possible, just go away and don't care much about the words of the people to give your head a little light. But it's easy to say, but it's hard to do, because those words are never easy to hear.

When looking at the past, there are things that we often feel regretful about not doing it. The fear here is not to be afraid of failure but to make us falter, but because of the fear of being criticized. Sometimes just because some people talk about it makes you feel discouraged, stress is easy to give up just because you're too concerned about others' thoughts.

So how do we overcome the words of others to find success and happiness for us?

1. Ask yourself: "What if I don't do anything?"

In this life, how can we avoid the judgments of those around us? We still have to listen and face them every day, so don't just give up on things that don't give up all the opportunities that come to you.

When doing something, before worrying about fear of failure, you should ask yourself the question: "What is the worst thing that can happen?". Is there a possibility that you will "fall face down" when accepting new challenges?

Setting up questions and finding answers, even the worst ones, can help you anticipate the problem and reduce the load of pressure around so there is nothing to be afraid of encountering.

2. Don't let people pull you down

Always be ready to face the crowd waiting for your judgment.

Because if you are not ready to be psychologically sure these words and judgments will immediately let you down to the abyss, from which you gradually become anxious before deciding to do something.

If someone criticizes you, consider them not allies on the same line as you. At this point let them out and stand to bother their words.

3. Accept judgment

Worrying about how others think about themselves is a burden. It sometimes makes you no longer yourself, when you try to impress others. You will buy unnecessary things, do useless things just to be nice to others - those who have little meaning to your life. Or you even forget your own passion for fear of affecting the emotions of those around you.

However, not caring too much will become extreme. At the very least, you need to pay attention to how to dress, neat hair, how to communicate, treat people. Because every family and society has certain cultural and moral standards.
