How to make meatball vegetables simple but delicious
Vegetable meatballs are a delicacy enjoyed by children and adults alike. With the simple and available ingredients, you can make your own meatballs with lots of vegetables, less meat but still delicious, not tired to add to the family's daily meal menu.
Material
- White radish: 1 bulb.
- Carrots: 1 tuber.
- Shiitake: 6 pieces.
- Minced meat: 200g.
- Chicken Eggs: 1 fruit.
- Scallions, ginger.
- Soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, wheat flour, corn starch, tomato sauce, rice vinegar.
How to make vegetable meatballs
Step 1: Grated radish and soaked in salt water. After about 10 minutes you take out and squeeze out the water.
Step 2: Carrot and mushroom washed, diced. Ginger washed, shredded.
Step 3: Put the pot on the stove, add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, then add the sliced ginger, minced meat, carrots, mushrooms to the island. Stir in some salt, oyster sauce and soy sauce. When running out of water, turn off the heat to cool.
Step 4: Put the radish, stir-fry mixture, chopped scallions, a little oyster sauce, a little flour and an egg in a large bowl, then mix well.
Step 5: Shape the mixture into small, medium balls.
Step 6: Cut the thin slices of carrots, lining the bottom of the steamer. Then put the meatballs on top. Put the pot on the stove and cook. After boiling water for about 8 minutes, turn off the heat.
Step 7: Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of corn starch, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of tomato sauce and moderate amount of water to the pan to form a sauce.
Step 8: Put cooked steamed meatballs in a bowl, sprinkle sauce and sprinkle a little more green onions.
