To avoid excessive distractions while using Facebook, you can use the time limit feature. This feature allows you to set a time limit for using Facebook, whether daily or by default. A reminder notification will appear when the time limit is reached. Below are instructions on how to set a time limit for using Facebook.

Step 1:

On the Facebook interface, users tap the three horizontal lines icon , then tap the gear icon . On the next screen, tap " Time spent on Facebook" .

Step 2:

Here you will see the Facebook usage time settings; select " Manage Time" . You will then see two options for managing your Facebook usage time: Silent Mode (to block Facebook notifications) and Daily Time Reminders.

Step 3:

Activate the Daily Reminder feature and select the time period you are allowed to use Facebook . Once you have selected the time period, tap Set Reminder at the bottom.

Step 4:

Therefore, you will only be able to use Facebook during this period.

When you exceed the set time limit for using Facebook, a notification like the one below will appear on the screen . You can add more time to use Facebook if needed, and you will receive another notification after that time has expired.

Step 5:

If you want to turn off Facebook reminders , just switch the value back to 0 and then back again.
