How to enable ECG feature on Apple Watch
ECG - short for Electrocardiogram or ECG. It's a feature on Apple Watch and is currently region locked and you only use it in some countries. Including Vietnam also can not use this feature even if you are using the latest Apple Watch series of the US (LL / A version).

Instructions for activating ECG on Apple Watch
Step 1: First you need to have iMazing software, access the download link below and download the iMazing version for your device. Then unpair Apple Watch with your iPhone, and make sure you are using Apple Watch Series 4 and Series 5.
Next, connect the iPhone to Mac cable, open iMazing and select Backup. Remember to enable Enable Backup Encryption as shown below.

Backup finished, select the Backups as shown below, then select the backup file with the key image and select Edit .
Step 2: Select File System in Editable Backups> select HomeDomain and select Library> Preferences.
Step 3: Then visit the PLIST file download link below and click Download ZIP . This PLIST file has the format " com.apple.private.health.heart-rhythm.plist "

Go back to iMazing, find the com.apple.accountsd.plist file, right-click it and select Copy to "Preferences" then find the path to the downloaded PLIST file.
Next go to Editable Backups - then select Restore to Devices to restore all the iCloud backup files back to your iPhone.
Before Restore, iMazing will give a few options as below, remember not to check the Erase Target Device (s) box. If you tick, you will lose eSIM data if you use an iPhone with an eSIM.
Note: If during the restore process, there is a notice of full iPhone capacity, delete the photos and videos that you find redundant.
Finally, use the iPhone to pair it with your Apple Watch, remember to select " Set up as new Apple Watch " and not " Restore from backup ".
So through a few simple steps, you can activate the ECG feature on your Apple Watch.
