Windows 11Hongmeng OS of Huawei will have two versions (Chinese and international).
Talking to CNBC, Huawei CEO Richard Yu said the company's new operating system will be released sooner or later this year and has two different versions for the Chinese market in the fourth quarter of this year and internationally. in the first or second quarter of 2020.
In the domestic market, this operating system is called Hongmeng, and for the international market will be given a different name.

From August 24, 2018, Huawei has registered its name of the Hongmeng operating system with the Chinese intellectual property management office and has been granted a license for use from May 14, 2019 until May 13. / 2029.
Hongmeng OS is also an open operating system, optimized for Linux, which can be used on all devices in Huawei's ecosystem, from smartphones to laptops, tablets, TVs, cars and Smart wearable device. Hongmeng has its own app market called App Gallery.
Hongmeng uses the new microkernel architecture so if the Android application is recompiled to run on Huawei's operating system, it will increase performance by up to 60%.
Huawei is testing Hongmeng OS on some of its devices, all information about this operating system is still hidden.
Richard Yu said, if the US ban on Google (and most likely Microsoft) is permanent, Huawei cannot use Microsoft Windows and Google Android operating systems anymore, they will prepare plan B and Use your own operating system.
