The new laptop is a model, using cedar wood as a shell, and using bio-plastics for other parts of the computer. Bioplastics are plastics produced from renewable resources such as vegetable oils instead of kerosene used in traditional plastics.

Monacca makes many products, from household items to wooden bags, and sells on its website. Recently, Monacca also launched a portable computer case with a wooden case.
