PCSX2 comes in 2 versions

PCSX2 has two versions, one is TLB and VM (virtual memory). The TLB version is the pcsx2t.exe while the VM version is the pcsx2.exe. First try running the VM version, follow the given instructions (enter your account username, log out / log in and reboot). If PCSX2 still can't allocate memory, just use the TLB version. Don't worry - the speed difference isn't too great. After that, the PCSX2 setup process is quite lengthy, although if your Playstation 2 fails you should find this to be a reasonable replacement.
