VALORANT Codes: Current Status and How to Redeem Them

There are no reliably confirmed public VALORANT reward codes active as of August 26, 2026. The Pride 2026 codes and earlier Community Challenge codes were time-limited and are now broadly reported expired. This page retains the safe redemption steps so you can use the next code Riot announces.

Current code status

Do not trust lists that copy every old code into an “active” table or assign the same Pride-card reward to unrelated codes. Reward codes can be regional, event-limited or private, and Riot may close them without a separate announcement.

Redeem a VALORANT code in the client

1. Open VALORANT and sign in to the intended Riot account.
2. Select the VALORANT Points icon near the upper-right corner.
3. Open Prepaid Cards & Codes.
4. Paste the full code and select Submit.
5. Check Collection for a cosmetic reward, or the currency balance for a valid prepaid card.

Redeem through Riot's website

1. Open Riot's official code redemption page.
2. Sign in and verify the Riot ID before authorizing access.
3. Enter the code and confirm it.
4. Restart VALORANT if a successful cosmetic reward does not appear immediately.

The screenshots show the web flow used for earlier promotions. Riot may update the page design, but you should still verify that the domain belongs to riotgames.com before signing in.

Why a code may not work

• Expired: community-event and Pride codes usually have a limited claim window.
• Already used: most public rewards can be claimed once per account.
• Wrong account or region: some promotions are limited by account eligibility.
• Typing error: preserve hyphens and remove spaces around the code.
• Prepaid-card restriction: a purchased VALORANT Points card can have region and currency limits.

Legitimate ways to get free cosmetics

• Enable multi-factor authentication on the Riot account. Riot's MFA reward announcement lists the Keep It Safer gun buddy for VALORANT.
• Link the correct Riot account for official VCT broadcast drops and meet the watch-time requirement.
• Complete free Battle Pass tiers and limited in-game event missions.
• Follow official VALORANT news and verified social accounts for time-limited campaigns.

Reward codes do not normally provide free VALORANT Points or premium weapon skins. Avoid generators that request a password, recovery code or browser cookie.
