CES 2020: Intel will launch extremely compact modular gaming PC
Intel is increasingly becoming ambitious to 'capture' the global computer market. After an unsuccessful attempt to launch the first folding laptop in CES 2020 due to problems from Microsoft's Windows 10 X operating system, Intel has recently admitted to developing a computer model to Extremely compact modular gaming tables can 'change the entertainment habits of millions of people'.
Intel has done a brief but daring test in the past: Bringing AMD GPUs inside an Intel processor, and the result is one of the smallest gaming PC models ever made: Hades Canyon NUC, also known as NUC 8. A year later Intel released the relatively successful version of NUC 9 Extreme 'Ghost Canyon' with many outstanding advantages, including the ability to Change CPU, GPU, RAM, hard drive and connectors extremely flexible.
These are the two devices that laid the foundation for Intel to decide to launch another compact modular gaming PC at the upcoming CES 2020. The device is likely to be based on Intel's NUC Compute Element initiative - optimizing the CPU and GPU into small, removable trays that can be easily serviced for repair and upgrade.
According to leaked information, the component storage compartment of this PC model has a capacity of only about 5 liters - the equivalent of a typical game console device.
Intel of course hasn't revealed too much information about this important device, except for the specs you see in the image above. The world's largest chip maker says the device will support up to Intel's H-series, Core i9 processors and other onboard custom equipment.
Traditionally, Intel sold the NUC computer line as barebone systems. You need to buy more RAM, hard drive and choose your own operating system, so that the ability to customize promises to be extremely flexible. This will certainly be one of the notable mini PC models in 2020.
