Some products will use Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics chip, the integrated graphics chip that Intel claims to support high-definition images (HD - High Definition). There are also products with Nvidia GeForce G 105M discrete graphics cards or AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 which all have 512MB of memory.
In terms of networking capabilities, the new U-Series products will be equipped with the latest 802.11n WiFi technology and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Altec Lansing speakers support SRS Premium Sound, large capacity hard drives, 4GB RAM DDR2 800MHz and of course DVD burner.
Notably, some products are also equipped with keyboards with 'backlight' and 'interactive' touchpads. Most likely it will be a touch-screen touchpad, but Asus has not revealed any information about this specification yet.
The products will use Windows Vista operating system. Exclude will have products using Linux. Currently Asus has not disclosed any information regarding the launch time or the price of the products.
