Many people have returned to the scene of defective products and posted videos on YouTube. According to the Cult of Mac site, both versions 11.6 and 13.3 inches have this error.
Serenity Caldwell , Mac World editor , said after buying the MacBook Air 11.6-inch version for 2 days, the screen of the device suddenly becomes gray and the only method is to reboot. In the following days, the screen constantly appeared with a series of gray, black and blue.
Currently, Apple still has no response to this incident.
