Acer's first multitouch notebook

Acer has just announced its first notebook, Aspire 5738PG, that uses multitouch technology for display .

Acer Aspire 5738PG runs on Windows 7 operating system, multi-touch technology will bring the multimedia entertainment experience to Acer notebook users.

Other aspects of 5738PG include a 15.6-inch multi-touch screen with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels supporting LED backlight. It uses a Core 2 Duo T6600 processor for 2.2GHz speed and ATI HD 4570 GPU graphics processor, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD capacity, 802.11n Wifi connection, and Webcam.

In order to meet the entertainment needs of users, it has HDMI connector and high quality sound system. It is expected that the machine will be distributed on the market on October 22, with direct selling price from the manufacturer of USD 799.99 (about VND 14.3 million).
