5 most prominent netbooks in 2010

The Toshiba NB305 with excellent keyboard, small Mini 210 or the powerful Eee PC 1215N are three of the outstanding netbooks launched this year.

After the explosion in 2009 with a series of popular and popular models, until this year, netbooks have gradually regressed and ceded a large "playground" for tablet emerging characters. However, big companies like HP, Asus or Toshiba still maintain the ambition to dominate this market with a series of improvements such as better keyboard and touchpad, modern, youthful styling and especially structure. Powerful images that meet more needs than before.

In addition, the NB305 also has a sturdy metal cover, the speaker has been upgraded compared to the previous version for larger volume.

The Toshiba NB305 is also the best netbook rated by Laptopmag as the best low-cost netbook in 2010.

In addition to its attractive appearance, NB305 is also equipped with Intel Atom N450 chip, 1GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, Intel GMA 3150 graphics chip for up to 8.5 hours of continuous use.

The machine is currently sold in Vietnam for about VND 9,000,000.

HP Mini 210

The HP Mini 210 has a nice little design, a spacious touchpad and a keyboard for very good quality and attractive price. The most special feature of this model is the ability to run HD videos with Broadcom Crystal HD graphics chip on 10.1-inch screen with high resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels.

HP Mini 210 is sold in Vietnam for configuration including Intel Atom N450 processor speed of 1.66 GHz, 1GB RAM, 250GB hard drive costs about 8 million.

Currently the Mini 210 model has been upgraded to a new, more modern and stylish version and most importantly, has a powerful dual-core Intel Atom processor option (see more here). However, this new model has not yet been sold in Vietnam.

Samsung N150 Plus

N150 possesses two youthful colors, measuring and black with delicate pattern dots. In addition, this model also has chiclet keyboard is very good reviews, the speaker system sounds quite good for personal entertainment.

This model is compact in size and especially battery life according to Laptopmag's actual test up to 7 hours 12 minutes.

Samsung N150 Plus is being sold in Vietnam with a reference price of about VND 7 million.

ASUS Eee PC 1215N

Having a design and screen size of 12.1 inches is no different from a regular laptop, but the Eee PC 1215N has a dual-core Atom processor D525 and a discrete but energy-efficient graphics card that is Nvidia ION.

The Eee PC 1215N weighs 1.54 kg and the battery life is up to nearly 6 hours continuously.

Reference price for this model in Vietnam is nearly 12 million VND.

HP Mini 5102

In the moment that netbook configuration has very little difference, the style factor plays a very important role. Unlike the Mini 210, which is more suitable for women, the Mini 5102 exudes a masculine and elegant look thanks to the sharp, sharp design lines. At the moment, HP has released an upgraded version of the Mini 5102 which is 5103 with configuration using Intel Atom dual-core processor, SSD hard drive option and touch screen (see more here). However, the model has not yet appeared in Vietnam.
