Ingredient:

Making:

- laksa leaves, lemon, garlic, fresh chili, fried onions, roasted peanuts
- Cooking oil, fish sauce, sugar
Making:
- Prepare mangosteen as in mangosteen chicken salad.
- Shrimp head off, peeled, washed and steamed.
- Clean and boiled meat.
- Peel the carrots, wash and chop them. Add carrots and mix well with 2 slices of lemon, 1 tablespoon of sugar for 10 minutes.
- Onions: peeled, washed, grated.
- Minced garlic.
- Lettuce washed and drained.
- Put 4 tablespoons of fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar, minced garlic in a bowl and stir well.
- Put shrimp, meat, mangosteen, carrot, onion, laksa leaves, chili in a large bowl. Then add the mixed fish sauce and mix well. When eating, add peanuts.
