After introducing a 15-inch Series 7 Chronos laptop using Ivy Bridge chips, Samsung unveiled a 17.3-inch screen model. The Korean manufacturer said the product is intended to replace desktop models and is equipped with Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB RAM and Nvidia GeForce GT 650M 2GB graphics card.
Series 7 Chronos 17.3 inches use Full HD resolution screen of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The screen brightness of this model is up to 300 nit, 40% higher than traditional computers. MaxScreen production technology makes the 17-inch Series 7 Chronos screen edge thin but still retains a large background in a small frame. The weight of Series 7 Chronos is about 2.97kg. The supplied battery can keep the machine running continuously for 8 consecutive hours.
As expected, Samsung Series 7 Chronos 17.3 inches will cost about $ 1,499 in the US.
