Vietnam wins AFF Cup: Coach Kim Sang-sik's hip-hop dance takes the internet by storm

On the evening of January 5, the second leg of the AFF Cup 2024 final between Vietnam and Thailand took place in a very exciting atmosphere. In this match, Vietnam opened the score in the 8th minute thanks to Tuan Hai. In the 28th minute, Thailand equalized 1-1 after a dangerous curling shot from Ben Davis from outside the penalty area. In the second half, Supachok put Thailand ahead in a very unfair situation when they did not return the ball to Vietnam when they should have.

The turning point of the match came in the 74th minute when Weerathep received a second yellow card for a foul on Quang Hai. With an extra man, Vietnam equalized in the 82nd minute when Tuan Hai's shot hit a Thai player's foot and changed direction into the net. In the 20th minute of injury time, Hai Long sealed the 3-2 victory for Vietnam with a shot from the middle of the field into an empty goal.
