Ultrabook brings Lenovo's 'surname' to Lenovo
The ThinkPad T430u is the first ultrabook to be announced with the option of using a dedicated graphics chip, but not until the third quarter.
Lenovo started in 2012 with its second ultrabook model called ThinkPad T430u. This product line is aimed at more business users than the previous U300s released in November. The most notable feature of this product is the Nvidia graphics card option. With this device, the T430u is the first ultrabook with a dedicated GPU option package.
The ThinkPad T430u has a 14-inch screen with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, a hard drive of up to 1 TB, a 2 cm thin and a battery life of about 6 hours according to the manufacturer. Lenovo has not yet announced other detailed specifications and weight of this product.
It has a starting price of 849 USD but unfortunately, it is not until the third quarter of this year that it is sold.
