Speedtest announces VNPT as Vietnam's No. 1 Internet network operator

Speedtest test results of Ookla Organization show that VNPT is the fastest Internet operator in Vietnam. These results are estimated by Speedtest from nearly 5 million tests of the speed of Internet access of customers using broadband and fixed services in Vietnam in the first two quarters of 2019. During the test, VNPT achieved download speed of 64Mbps, upload speed of 65.07Mbps, recognized as the number 1 Internet access network operator in Vietnam. With this speed, users can watch oline movies, livestreams on social networks, play games smoothly, without lag.

Speedtest's data analysis process consists of four steps, complying with the world standard process including:

1. Collect data from users using Speedtest to measure network speed.
2. Filtering data by eliminating impacts such as geographic distance, speeding itself, etc. may affect the results.
3. Standardize data by location, time frame and user.
4. Summary of results to give exactly which provider has the fastest speed by location, time.
