In the temple, they found animal teeth, needles, silver cash, brooches, bottles and ceramic pots.
Peruvian archaeologists have found a Pre-Hispanic temple, large in size, that could have been used in the Wari civilization at Espiritu Pampa archaeological site in Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca empire.
According to Javier Fonseca, the principal archaeologist of the discovery of the site, the temple is a D-shaped structure. At its center, a D-shaped structure has been discovered.
"According to the symbolic position and expressive meaning, it is considered a small structure such as an astronomical observatory or the place where ancient Wari people made mysterious spiritual religious rituals."
In the temple, archaeologists found animal teeth, needles, silver crowns, brooches, and ceramic vases. In addition to the D-shaped structure, they discovered evidence of Inca structures with distinctive peculiar rectangles.
Items found will have to go through a conservation process in Cusco.
