Mozilla is testing Firefox for Windows 8
Mozilla has just released a preview version of Firefox for Windows 8 for developers, although the complete version may only appear in January next year.
Currently, the above version is being distributed via "beta money" release channel (experimental) Mozilla Aurora . Meanwhile, according to the plan, Mozilla will release the complete version by the end of December , but due to some delay issues, the company is forced to move the release date later.
The notable feature of the Firefox preview for Windows 8 is the touch-friendly support features, along with a welcome screen based on the square interface .
Besides, this version also enhances WebGL support, 3D graphics and asm.js, HTML5 methods.
"In the coming weeks, we will mostly focus on improving performance and touch support on the browser," Mozilla said .
Mozilla also noted that the above version of Firefox does not work on the Windows RT platform.
