MIPS Technologies has introduced a new IP solution that allows mobile devices to transfer data via HDMI at speeds of up to 10.2Gbps. This product is mainly used for "digital house" models.

MIPS's new solution is developed on a 65-nm technology platform, and this is also the first product of this category.
