If mentioning the list of most pirated software today, surely Windows and Office will be in the top positions.
If mentioning the list of most pirated software today, surely Windows and Office will be in the top positions. However, surprising many users is that Microsoft is helping with this action by recommending its own Bing tool for users to crack Office 2019 software suite.
Specifically, when users type 'office 2019 download' keyword on Bing tool, instead of Microsoft website, the result displayed on the top is a website guiding users to download and crack the part Office 2019 software. Even the description above also shows instructions to crack Office 2019 in a way that is not clearer.
As soon as this negligence was discovered, Microsoft removed the inappropriate search result on Bing.
Security expert Jeroen Frijters was the first to discover the error and posted it on his Twitter.
