This Devil Fruit is one of many other fruits that have animations in physical form, others include: Rubber, Spider, Bird: Phoenix, Gate, Gravity, Paste, Poison, Souls, Dragons and Leopards, along with the unique effect of having "satellites" floating around the fruit. It also has the most unique features of the physical shape of the fruit, which are animations, "satellites", neon borders, and neon-lit parts of the fruit itself.

(Z) Zone of Control - 1 Mastery

User creates an Area. Holding Z will make the Area bigger. When used in conjunction with the Koko sword, both the Z and X movements of the sword are greatly increased.

(X) Surgical Knife - 150 Mastery

The user lifts an object or part of an object and can then throw it by releasing the X key.

(C) Gamma Knife - 350 Mastery

The user performs an attack. If hit, a cutscene will trigger in which the user makes multiple slashes at the target and then finishes them off with the final blow, tossing them into the air.

(F) Teleport - 250 Mastery

Teleports the player to the position of the cursor, the player can only teleport onto surfaces in the area.

This fruit should not be obtained at a low level, as it has a very high proficiency requirement.
Move (F) Teleport has a high proficiency requirement (250), so it is recommended to use Rabbit when mastering it.
If the user uses Teleport while their cursor is focused.
Enemy NPC/Player, the user will teleport behind the enemy, a few feet away. This doesn't work mid-air.
The above trick is useful when your target is stuck in place, such as when using Shadow or Fire V's move.
Users are vulnerable to damage when setting up Areas.
Using the Left Control requires a lot of anticipation. If the user predicts that an enemy will come close and attack them, a quick Gamma Knife can be used and it will most likely hit the enemy easily.
The damage of the Gamma Knife is proportional to the user's entire proficiency on the equipped item, not just their specified stat score on the Blox Fruit stat. As a result, the user can switch to other items that have a higher proficiency and deal more damage. However, this is not necessary if you already have 600 fluent on left controls.
The Gamma Knife can be used at the edge of an Area and that Zone will move to focus on the enemy being hit.
Surgical Knife has a very low cooldown. This can be combined with gear like the Zebra Cap/Choppa and the Ghoul's V3 ability (race) to further reduce the cooldown, making it possible for the user to effectively spam it.
The severe counterattack from the Surgical Knife can be negated with a stun move, such as Soul Cane's Soul Beam or Shisui's True Silent Rush.
