If the above information is true, users can soon witness the Android tablet model using Intel's Haswell chip platform with its own keyboard dock, similar to the Transformer series of Asus. A Lenovo Yoga device with an 11-inch screen is said to be the first Android-based product to use Intel chips to be launched in May, before other major manufacturers, including Asus, Toshiba, HP and Acer joined this market.
PC sales have been disappointing since last year after analysts said it was hard to revive in 2013. While there are many factors that could cause this decline, some believe that Windows 8 is part of the cause.
The biggest change in the Windows 8 user interface can be considered as one of the factors that make the hybrid between laptop and tablet lacks attraction. Meanwhile, Android does this very well, and manufacturers believe Android will really work well in hybrid space because most users are familiar with the operating system.
Computer sales have been slow, and that Windows 8 is no longer interested in hungry consumers, so it is reasonable for Intel to expand the release of hybrid devices running Android.
