HP released a series of affordable price touch laptops
HP has just announced a new series of laptops aimed at general users but still has a touch screen.
HP's new laptop series includes the Envy Touchsmart 15 and 17 with a shiny shell design, which provides touch or non-touch options with a 6-cell battery. Aiming at multimedia entertainment for users, it comes with Beats Audio audio technology with 4 speakers and 1 dual subwoofer.

The Envy Touchsmart 15 provides a 15-inch touchscreen display with Full-HD display quality, giving users the option of 4th generation or latest Intel Core processor with 6 GB RAM, HDD hard drive. 750GB (5400rpm) or more.
While the Envy Touchsmart 17 has a touch screen larger than 17.3 inches with Full-HD display quality, along with optional 4th generation Intel Core processor (i5 or i7). In addition to the same memory and hard disk capacity as the Envy 15 , this version offers users the option of DVD-RW or Blu-ray drive.
The Envy Touchsmart 15 and 17 will start selling on June 5 with a starting price of US $ 529 and US $ 699, respectively.

Along with two touch-sensitive versions of the Envy series, HP also made a new series of Pavilion 11 Touchsmart laptops with 11.6-inch screens and Pavilion 14 Touchsmart Sleekbook using AMD chips. Both will also go on sale on June 26 with prices starting at $ 399 and $ 480 respectively.
