If you havent seen someones TikTok posts in a while or you can no longer message them directly, you may have been blocked.

Try searching for the username.
Here's the basic method: just search for the username in the TikTok app bar and enter the username you want to check. If you don't see their account name appear, you may have been blocked. But if they deleted their account, you won't be able to find it either.

In this case, if you want to know for sure whether the user deleted their account or blocked your account, search for their account name in guest mode or use a different TikTok account and search for their account name.
Find a TikTok account if they've deleted it or changed their username.

The system will display "Account not found" and their profile picture will disappear; however, you can still access your chat history to view your previous messages.
The conversation between a blocked account and a deleted account will be different. If your account is blocked, you will still see previous conversations displayed, but you won't be able to send new messages to your friend.
Review the list of users you've blocked on TikTok.
If that account has been deleted, you won't see the user's conversations in your inbox. Additionally, old messages from the deleted account will disappear and will no longer be displayed.
