Chang Chi-yuan has discovered many web holes and received bonuses from many technology corporations in the US and India. Previously, this guy was also accused of breaking into the system of Apple or Tesla.

In his locality, Chang was sued by a bus company for hacking into their system to lower the ticket price to only NT $ 1 (NT), equivalent to 3 cents and paying $ 60,000 in compensation.
