How to Craft and Use an Electroculus Resonance Stone

The Electroculus Resonance Stone is a one-use Genshin Impact gadget that searches for an uncollected Electroculus in Inazuma. Unlock its instructions at Inazuma Reputation Level 8, learn the recipe from your inventory, and craft each stone at an alchemy bench with 5 Naku Weed, 5 Sakura Bloom, 1 Amethyst Lump, and 500 Mora.

Unlock the Electroculus Resonance Stone recipe

Go to the Kamisato Estate and speak with Madarame Hyakubei, the NPC who manages Inazuma Reputation. Claim the Instructions: Electroculus Resonance Stone reward after reaching Reputation Level 8.

Increase reputation through Inazuma quests, world exploration, bounties, and requests. Weekly bounty and request limits are shared among regional reputation systems, so select Inazuma before completing them if this recipe is the goal.

Learn the instructions

1. Open Inventory.
2. Go to Precious Items.
3. Select Instructions: Electroculus Resonance Stone.
4. Choose Use or Learn, depending on the interface wording.

Claiming the reputation reward is not enough by itself; the instructions must be used once before the item appears at an alchemy bench.

Electroculus Resonance Stone recipe

• 5 × Naku Weed
• 5 × Sakura Bloom
• 1 × Amethyst Lump
• 500 × Mora

Visit any alchemy crafting bench, select the gadget, choose the desired quantity, and craft it.

Each successful search consumes one stone, so craft more than one if several Electroculi are missing. You do not need to craft enough for every Electroculus—explore normally first, then use resonance stones for the difficult remainder.

Where to collect the materials

Naku Weed

Naku Weed grows in Electro-rich areas across Inazuma. Dense routes include parts of Seirai Island, the Mikage Furnace area, and Mt. Yougou. Use the official Teyvat Interactive Map to plan a route and mark plants you have already collected.

Sakura Bloom

Sakura Blooms are concentrated on Narukami Island. The floating pink clusters must be hit with Electro before they can be collected. Put a convenient Electro character in the party before beginning the route.

Amethyst Lump

Amethyst Lump is Inazuma's purple forging ore. Mine the deposits with attacks that break ore efficiently, such as claymore strikes, Geo damage, or suitable plunging attacks.

Material availability and shop stock can change between versions, so the in-game map and current official interactive map are more reliable than an old fixed farming route.

How to use an Electroculus Resonance Stone

1. Travel to Inazuma.
2. Open Inventory and select the Gadgets tab.
3. Equip the Electroculus Resonance Stone.
4. Use the gadget from a location where an uncollected Electroculus may be within its search range.

When the search succeeds, the stone is consumed and a blue search area appears on the map. It does not place an exact pin on the Electroculus. Travel into the highlighted area, change elevation if necessary, and watch the minimap. When you get close enough, the Oculus icon appears and an elevation arrow can help show whether it is above or below you.

After a successful use, Oculus Resonance Stones have a 300-second cooldown. If the gadget cannot find a target, the game displays a message and normally does not consume the stone.

What the blue search circle means

• The circle identifies an area containing a detected Electroculus, not every Electroculus in that region.
• A very large circle may include caves, high islands, underground spaces, or multiple elevation levels.
• The circle remains until you collect the detected Electroculus.
• If another uncollected Electroculus is nearby afterward, use a new stone once the cooldown ends.

The gadget works only for Electroculi in Inazuma. An Anemoculus, Geoculus, Dendroculus, Hydroculus, or Pyroculus requires its own regional resonance stone.

How to reach a difficult Electroculus

Thunder Barriers

Summon an Electrogranum from a nearby Thunder Sakura Bough. Some barriers require a stronger Electrogranum, which is unlocked by raising Sacred Sakura's Favor at the Grand Narukami Shrine.

High-altitude Electroculi

Look for Thunder Spheres, Electrograna, nearby cliffs, phase gates, or a puzzle that creates an updraft or grapple route. The intended approach is often safer than climbing directly.

Underground or hidden targets

Search for cave entrances outside the blue circle's apparent center and complete nearby world quests or puzzles that unlock sealed areas. The minimap's elevation indicator is important because the search circle is two-dimensional.

Breakable obstacles

Inspect suspicious rock piles, Electro seals, and destructible objects. Use claymore attacks, Geo damage, or the element required by the local puzzle rather than assuming every obstruction breaks the same way.

Troubleshooting

• The recipe is missing at the bench: use the instructions from Precious Items first.
• The gadget reports no Electroculus: move to another part of Inazuma; none may be within range.
• The circle remains after searching: check vertical layers, caves, barriers, and quest-locked areas.
• The use button is unavailable: check the cooldown and whether you are in a multiplayer world. The gadget cannot be used in another player's world when you are not the host.
• You found every map pin but the Statue is incomplete: compare exploration progress with an interactive map and search islands or underground areas one at a time.
