Galaxy phones may be banned from sale in the US

Nividia filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the US Trade Commission ( ITC ) and the Delaware County US Court. Nvidia wants ITC to issue a ban on the sale of Galaxy phones and Samsung tablets using the GPU. In addition, the company wants the Delawar district court to force Samsung and Qualcomm to pay damages due to copyright infringement.
Since 1993, Nvidia has spent more than $ 9 billion to research and develop microprocessor technologies. Nvidia has identified a strategy to monetize patents. Concerning this lawsuit, Nvidia said it also had many negotiations with Samsung but failed. The Korean company said the problem was not from them but from processor vendors, Qualcomm graphics chips.
This is Nvidia's first patent lawsuit in the company's 21-year history. Nvidia is not the first company to sue Samsung for patent infringement. Previously, big names of technology villages like Apple and Microsoft . have repeatedly dragged Samsung to court for violating their patents.
