In the video, the killer shark is thought to belong to the black shark shark that bites and rips the squid's giant body floating in the middle of the water. Apparently, after a horrific death battle, the loser - the 4.6m long giant squid had to die and become a meal for sharks.
Two divers Al McGlashan and Justin Lewis were fortunate to record these moments when encountering these two ferocious monsters in Australian waters while recording for Big Fish, Small Boats.
