AAG cable has been repaired earlier than 4 days, Vietnam Internet has gone 100% to international recovery.

According to information from VNPT, until 23h50 on June 2, 2018, the repair of the S1H branch of the international optical cable system AAG has been completed, the Vietnam Internet has been restored completely and operated stably. .

On May 22, 2018, for the second time in 2018, the AAG cable route was in trouble, it had to be repaired. According to the proposed branch S1 of the AAG submarine optical cable, traffic will flow through Vietnam's Vung Tau cable station, which will be repaired in the period from 1/6/2018 to 5/6/2018. But until 23h50 on 2/6/2018, the repair was completed, 4 days earlier than the previously announced plan.

From the beginning of 2018 until now, the international AAG optical cable has been interrupted twice, affecting Internet traffic on January 6 and May 22, 2018 respectively.(Artwork. Source: Internet).

Thus, after more than 10 days of interruption because of repairs causing a reduction of 30% of capacity on the route, the current S1H branch has been repaired, the international Internet connection on the AAG sea cable has been restored 100%.
