What are floors B, G, R in the elevator?
When entering the elevator, on the control panel, besides the buttons 1, 2, 3, 4 . corresponding to the position of the floors, we also see the appearance of symbols such as B, G, R, L . So , what are the floors denoted by these letters?

In a hotel 4 - 5 stars
- 1 - n: Number of corresponding floors.
- G - ground: Ground floor.
- R - restaurant: Restaurant.
- L - Lounge or Lobby: Lobby.
- UL - upper lobby: Upper lobby.
- LL - lower lobby: Lower lobby.
- UG - upper ground: Mezzanine floor.
- B - basement: Basement.
- Garage: Parking floor.
In the mall, supermarket, apartment and office building
- 1 - n: Number of corresponding floors.
- G - ground: Ground floor.
- B - basement: Basement.
- R (or RT) - rooftop: Rooftop.
- MB - motorbike: Motorbike floor.
- P - parking: Parking floor.
In some office buildings or apartments, people are 'repetitive' numbers 4-13-14 (which is considered a bad number, unfortunately) so they are replaced by numbers 3A-12A in turn. -12B.
Some cautions when using the elevator to ensure safety
- Do not try to squeeze into the elevator when the door is closed.
- Do not use elevators in the event of an earthquake or fire.
- No frolicking in the elevator.
- Do not let children use the elevator alone.
- Do not bring flammable, explosive, toxic materials (such as gasoline, oil, acid .) or loose materials (such as sand, gravel .) into the elevator.
- While the elevator is in operation, do not arbitrarily pry the elevator door with your hands or objects.
