Social network X officially allows posting adult content

Previously, Twitter-X did not have clear regulations allowing or prohibiting users from posting adult content. Posts can be published or removed at the discretion of the administrator. In particular, since Elon Musk took over, this content shows signs of appearing more frequently.

With the new regulations, Twitter-X has officially allowed users to post content "Not suitable for public viewing" (NSFW-Not Suitable For Work).

Twitter-X's updated guidelines say, " We believe in adult users being able to engage autonomously and create content that reflects their own beliefs, desires and experiences, including including content related to sex" .

X also confirmed that there are measures to prevent users under 18 years old and users who do not want to view adult content from these posts.

All adult content posted on Twitter-X must be labeled on the posting account so that the platform's filters will warn viewers. Even adult content created by artificial intelligence (AI) must also follow this principle.

Violent content, including words, sounds, images that incite or express a desire to harm others, is subject to the same regulations.

X's new regulations come as pressure from regulators around the world grows over children accessing inappropriate content on social media.
