Sirocco Asus fashion laptop costs 500 USD

Asus has just released the Eee PC 1015PW netbook with a design inspired by desert sand.

Sirocco has a crust that helps prevent scratches and clings to fingerprints, sandy-like patterns. The thickest part of the device is 36 mm, weighing 1.25 kg and the battery life allows for 10 hours of continuous use.

The Eee PC 1015PW uses 10.1-inch LED screen with resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, Windows 7 Starter operating system, dual-core Intel Atom N550 chip, 1 GB RAM can be upgraded to 2 GB, hard drive 250 GB, Wi-Fi connection and Bluetooth 3.0.

Asus Sirocco is being sold in Europe with 3 colors of purple, gold and pink.
