GS70 prototype was first exhibited by MSI at the 2013 Computex exhibition. However, today the company unveiled the official product with a terrible configuration with GeForce GTX 765M graphics card. It is part of the GeForce GTX 700M series dedicated to gaming laptops and the most demanding laptops that Nvidia launched.
MSI's new laptop model uses 17.3-inch screen with Full HD 1,920x1,080 pixel resolution and the ability to export 4K resolution images. It has very strong configuration with Intel Core i7 processor with 2.4 GHz speed Haswell platform, 16 GB DDR3L RAM memory. The hard drive allows the option of a 128 GB SSD, a 1 TB HDD or a 128 GB SSD drive and 750 GB HDD.
The GS40 supports 4 USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, SD memory card slot, HD 720 resolution webcam and pre-installed Windows 8 operating system. It also comes with Cinema Sound Blaster 2.1 stereo speaker system.
Thanks to the large screen size, the GS70 has enough area for the full keyboard. It also comes with a variety of color backlighting and color adjustment as you like, similar to the Alienware or Razer Blade series.
MSI GS70 has a starting price from USD 1,800 or up to USD 2,000 with the most advanced option.
