Note 1 - Experiment 814

After obtaining the key from the opposite side of the first cutout in the game, the player can enter Elliot Ludwig's office. Once inside, go ahead and select the VHS tape on the table. After taking it, everyone can get the note below. The note was then added to the archive under the name Experiment 814.

Notes 2 and 3 - Test Subject Assessment Forms

After the PJ part where the gamer is escaping, use the handle to break the window and go inside the office, taking care not to fall into the pit. Instead, select notes from the right desk.

Note #4 - Transfer Request

Once the PJ segment is completed, the player will go to the Water Treatment area. There, gamers can find a fourth note next to the red button that says Rotate top 90 degrees on the main console.

After solving the Mommy Long Legs and climbing up to Bay 6, everyone will go to a corridor, which leads to a control room with the doll inside. The final notes are on both sides of the panel.
