Step 1:
On the Facebook interface, tap the three horizontal lines icon at the bottom. Then, tap the gear icon to go to the next screen.

Next, in the interface shown in the image, click on "See more in Account Center ". In the interface shown in the image, click on "Personal Information ".

We then click on the "Account Ownership and Control" section to exercise control over the Facebook account. In the next interface, the user clicks on the "Deactivate or Delete" option to proceed . This will display the Facebook profile or Instagram account linked to Facebook that you wish to deactivate.
Step 4:
After selecting the Facebook account you want to disable, you will receive a warning that secondary profiles will also be disabled. Enter your password to disable Facebook.

You will then be asked for the reason for deactivating your Facebook account . Select your reason and click Continue below. Next, Facebook will give you the option to reactivate your Facebook account if you wish.
Finally, Facebook will notify you that you can still use Messenger as usual to send messages, make video calls, and voice calls. Simply tap "Deactivate my account" to complete the process.
