How to Create a Custom Snake Skin in Slither.io

Slither.io includes a built-in skin editor, so you do not need a browser extension to create a custom color pattern. Open the official game, enter the skin selection screen, choose Build a Slither, and add colors to the snake's body segments.

Create a custom skin in the browser

1. Open slither.io in a current browser.
2. On the start screen, select the snake preview or Change Skin option.
3. Move through the available skins until you find Build a Slither or the custom-skin editor.
4. Select colors in the order you want them to repeat along the snake's body.
5. Use the undo or clear control if the pattern is not working.
6. Return to the start screen and begin a game to use the design.

Design a readable pattern
