What is the glymphatic system?

The glymphatic system is a proposed brain-wide pathway in which CSF moves along spaces around blood vessels and exchanges with fluid in brain tissue. Waste leaves the brain through several routes, so glymphatic transport is one part of a broader clearance network rather than a single drain.

Can you “clean” your brain?
