Bill Gates is planning to build a 'smart city' with a population of about 200,000 people.
Belmont Partners, an investment company run by Microsoft co-founder, has invested $ 80 million in this project, which is said to be 'visionary' and using 'modern' technology. The company purchased 24,800 hectares of land for construction of schools, offices and shopping areas.
Gates' future city was built in southwest Arizona and is called Belmont, with about 80,000 households and a population of about 182,000.
