Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra officially launched

Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra has officially launched with a large screen, many AI tools and powerful performance.

Now, Zenfone 12 Ultra has been officially launched with a large 6.78-inch screen. Overall, the product is not much different from its predecessor.

The configuration of Zenfone 12 Ultra is as follows:

- Ultra wide angle camera: 13MP;

- Telephoto camera: 32MP with f/2.4 aperture, 3X optical zoom and optical image stabilization - integrated OIS;

- Front camera: 32MP;

- Battery: 5,500 mAh with 65 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging;

- Software: Android 15 operating system;

- Dual stereo speakers;

- 3.5mm headphone jack;

- In-display fingerprint sensor; IP68 water and dust resistance;

- Dimensions: 163.8 x 77 x 8.9 mm;

- Weight: 220 grams;

- Color options: Ebony Black, Cherry White and Green.

With Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, the overall performance of the Zenfone 12 Ultra will be significantly improved compared to the Zenfone 11 Ultra running Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This high-end smartphone will compete with the Galaxy S25 series as well as the Asus ROG Phone 9 generation.

The device has a matte back design.

Like its gorgeous predecessor, the Asus Zenfone 12 Ultra comes with a frosted glass back, "elegant" rounded corners, and "ultra-narrow" bezels.

AI Features

The Zenfone 12 Ultra isn't much different from its predecessor.

The basic AI features on the device are similar to other smartphones. AI is integrated into a number of tools: AI Magic Fill, AI Unblur, AI Document Scanner, AI Tracking, AI Voice Clarity, AI Portrait Video 2.0, AI Transcript 2.0 and AI Article Summary. However, according to experts, they are not really unique or revolutionary.

Selling price and market

The product is not sold in the US. The selling price of Zenfone 12 Ultra in the European market starts at 1,099 Euro (about 28.77 million VND). This price is considered quite high. It is still unclear whether Zenfone 12 Ultra will be sold in Vietnam or not.
