On its website, Apple announces that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus manufactured between October 2018 and August 2019 may not turn on due to some defective components during the manufacturing process.

Free repairs on the device will be warranted for 2 years from the date the device is sold. To find out which iPhone 6s devices are under warranty, you can visit Apple's support page and enter the serial number of the device.

Some additional notes about the free repair program for Apple's iPhone 6s and 6s Plus:

  1. The free warranty is only limited by Apple in some countries, it is unclear whether Vietnam is or not.
