Apple fixes many important bugs on MacOS X
Yesterday, Apple released a new patch for its Mac OS X operating system. There were 13 errors corrected during this update. Most of these security holes are classified as important.
Apple fixes many important bugs on MacOS X Picture 1 Four of them belong to Apple code, an error that allows executing malicious code via PDF file to infiltrate the system. However, this does not seem to be related to the recently discovered PDF parsing errors in iOS.
Other errors belong to the software that comes with OS X operating system, including ClamAV, PHP, and Samba. Almost all errors allow remote code execution.
This is the fifth patch that Apple released to fix Mac OS X errors this year.
