After updating to iOS 13.5, many iPhones had battery problems
Apple's official support page on Twitter has received a lot of feedback from users about their iPhones and iPads having battery problems after updating to iOS 13.5.
Specifically, after updating the new iOS, many devices of users around the world experience fast battery drain, slow startup, and cannot play videos.
This issue occurs on most devices, from iPhone 7 to 11 Pro Max. For example, the iPhone X's battery used to last for a second day, but after the update, it could not last a full day. Some other reflections said that Apple's latest OS update also made their battery life significantly increased. In Vietnam, some iOS users also have similar battery problems after the update.
According to a report from AppleInsider, many iPads and iPhones experience repeated reboots even when no applications are working. This problem appears on iPad 10.5, from iPadOS 13.4.1 to iPadOS 13.5.

Users who have even deleted movie apps and reloaded still cannot fix it.
Although the battery has not been acknowledged yet, on its support page, the consultants said that after updating the device, it may consume more battery in 48 hours because the system needs energy to perform some synchronization process.
Apple has also recently released iOS 13.5.1 update to fix "zero-day", preventing hackers from jailbreaking their devices while battery and video playback issues have not been fixed.
