6 lessons from a full-fledged creative director
Piera Gelardi is the founder and creative director of Refinery29 - an online lifestyle and fashion magazine with 25 million readers worldwide.
When starting the company in 2005, Piera's application only included an internship certificate (accompanied by a college childcare contract).
