When is the best time to buy a TV?

TV prices aren't always stable year-round. In fact, the electronics market often has secret "sale seasons" that give consumers the opportunity to own quality TVs at more attractive prices.

Late January and early February are great times to look for deals on TVs, as retailers start clearing out older models, especially OLEDs and budget models from the previous year. These promotions often last from before to after Tet.

Summer is also a great time to look for TV deals. New TV models usually come out in March or April, and you can find discounts on older models in the summer, especially when there are major sporting events like the World Cup or Euros. However, the discounts during this time are usually not very big.

November, with the Black Friday event, is the time when the most TV promotions take place. From the beginning of November, sometimes even from October, consumers can find countless deals on both high-end and low-end TVs. However, it should be noted that not all "bargains" are worth it. Be careful with "shockingly priced" TV models from lesser-known brands, as their quality is often not guaranteed. Instead, prioritize low-end TV models from reputable brands, although the price may be a bit higher, the user experience and durability will be better.

One trick to saving money on a TV is to consider an older model. Manufacturers often refresh their product lines every year, and when a new model is released, the older models are discounted to make way.

Finally, be wary of flashy advertising. Most people don't really need an expensive TV with a bunch of extra features. Figure out what your needs are and focus on the features that matter. Don't waste money on things you don't need.
