The ntfrsutl command in Windows
(Applies to Windows Server (Semi-Annual Channel), Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012).
Summarize and send the internal tables, threads, and memory information to the NT File Replication Service (NTFRS).This command runs with local and remote servers.Installing the recovery for NTFRS in the Service Control Manager (SCM) may be necessary to locate and store important log events on the computer.This tool provides a convenient method to review those settings.
Syntax command ntfrsutl
ntfrsutl [idtable | configtable | inlog | outlog] []
ntfrsutl [memory | threads | stage] []

ntfrsutl poll [/ quickly [= []]] [/ slowly [= []]] [/ now] []

FRS configuration table (File Replication Service).

Memory usage status.
threads

ds
List the type of DS NTRS service view.
sets
Specify active copy sets.
