The context of the game revolves around tropical islands known as the "paradise" resort, where terrorist organizations use as a basis to perform experiments, develop viruses that can turn into into biological weapons that could wipe out humanity.

In the game, players will transform into a secret agent with the alias UNKnown with the task of preventing an impending global disaster.

In addition to finding resources, weapons and equipment necessary for survival, players must also build a safe haven to avoid the attacks of Zombie.
