NVIDIA: Raptor Lake CPU users encountering unstable errors should 'ask' Intel
Recently, many users have reported having problems playing games with NVIDIA graphics cards installed in systems running Intel Raptor Lake (13th and 14th generation) K Series processors.
NVIDIA has confirmed the occurrence of instability or video memory errors, often occurring during gaming or shader compilation.
On the NVIDIA GeForce forum, in the new driver description, there is a paragraph stating that users of 13th and 14th generation CPUs with unlocked multipliers should contact the Intel community if they encounter problems.
Intel said the company has also received similar reports and is investigating the issue. However, currently the company has not yet come up with a thorough solution.
Issues such as instability, crashing onto the desktop screen while the game is compiling shaders, and out of video memory notifications only happen with games built on Unreal Engine 5.
Some people believe that the cause of the error is because the pulse level is too high. It is possible to lower the pulse or lower the voltage supplied to the microprocessor to somewhat limit the error.
Maybe, in the near future, Intel may release BIOS updates or patches for the game to completely fix the above error.
